Hi, new owner of a 95 s320 lwb. i unlocked the car via remote and then tried to pop the trunk but it won't open. the black lift handle popped out and the red light on the center console for indicating the trunk is open is on but i can't open it or get the handle to go back in. what should i do? thanks for any help.

fixed it, just unlocked it this morning and pulled really hard to pull up the trunk. apparently the vaccum wouldn't let it go but i guess it just took a little brute force. thanx anyways.

Good to hear that you got your trunk open... It made remember when my automatic
Mercedes seat belt got stuck after my nephew spilled his coffe on it... No amount of force can get it unstuck but with just a little hot water to dissolve the coffe matter and just like magic it got my belt unstuck...LOL...
