Trouble Starting 560. Need help please

I have a 560sel which sat for about a year...it ran fine before. I tried to start it...zilch...battery was dead. Put a new battery in, siphoned the old gas out and put new gas in...still nothing it seems like its not getting fuel...Any suggestions? Thanx in advance...

check fuel pressure. maybe the pump is seized.

Thanx ...but Im kinda a novice when it comes to MB whats the easiest way to check that? Sorry I'm still learning...it has 2 fuel pumps too correct?

yes, two pumps on older version but was modified to 1 screw type pump lately to reduce the noise.

there is a plug on the fuel distributor where you can check the pressure.
