YAY!!!! who else is excited!?!? i grew up in Boston so i'm a Red Sox fan! but the rest of my family lives in New York and are quite upset that the Yankees lost.

Nothing gaianst the SOX, but it seems the Worldseries have an east and a west coast ;-) I thought somebody (Columbus?) proofed the earth is round

Yea Baby go SOX! That was the best freakin' series ever. Of course that's because the Sox finally won!!! And it's the world series because we invented the game so we can call it's crowing game any damn thing we want! Just like when we won the Guinea Cup from the Brits, and then promptly re-named it the America's Cup.
