I am considering a 2002 C230W sedan. The exterior color listed is Amethyst. Does anyone know if this is a standard MB color? Amethyst is my birthstone and I am unaware of MB making a violet-purple car.

I think I may have seen a car with this color. Is it actually a sort of cornflower blue with red in it to send it towards the purple end of the color spectrum?
