stalling

Having trouble with my 1993 500sl. Starts great, but after a short time, during warm up, it will stall and not restart for 30-45 minutes. After that it runs fine all day? I searched the forum udner 'stallilng' and found posts from 1994-1995 with the exact problem. (link below). Have tried all the other fixes except the camshaft position sensor. These posts are very helpful, but don't seem to have a definitive solution. I was wondering if anyone has any new insights into the problem.

Being a '93 500 this car is prone to electrical problems with wiring hardness disintegration.  I would read diagnostic codes for fuel injection and ignition systems.  All the information is given here including a manual with codes:  http://www.benzworld.org/forums/r129-sl-class/1266535-diagnostics-sl-pre-94-a.html?..
