I heard that to get the electric roof repaired if hydraulics are broken can cost around AU$10000!!! What will cause this to happen? is it under-use such as seizing up or over-use?

it only depends on which parts needs replacement.
in the factory, they improve the quality by opening and closing it continously for thousand times.

Like Sleepwalker says .. it really depends upon what part is broken.
Just replace the broken part and you should be good to go.

Well that's good to hear. I heard that story and got freaked out by using it too much, so i try to keep the top down as much as possible without having to put it back up

. I guess hydraulics are built to be worked and worked.
