Bought this car in November 2002. Have intermittent rough idle, all seasons. Back to dealer 5 times. They acknowledge the problem, but say it is characteristic of this car. I have my doubts. Anyone with the same problem? If so what was the fix? Love the car, but it idles like an old lawn mower. Appreciate any hints.

Thanks, Groupie. Will be going to dealer tomorrow to see what has been done the past two weeks while we were away on vacation. Will ask for specific info as you suggested.

my 99 230 does this too on and off rough idel.. esp at the lights...
