I got my rims for my 2000 SLK230 today. Will it be alright to place a 275/30/19 rear and 245/35/19 Tires without any problems of rubbing??

You will need to roll fenders for the rear.

245 wont fit in the front without modification.
You can run a 265 in the rear and a 225 in the front

rolling the fenders involves pushing the inner lip of the fender tottaly flush. Its a pretty standard procejure. Make sure the shop that does it knows what they are doing so the paint dosent crack or get ripples. Rolling the fenders allows more room for the tire
Well I added my Rims and Tires 275/30/19 - 245/35/19 Front, and no rolling fenders, modifications, rubbing or none of that horse crap some of you guys were adding to this tread needed to be done. It handles way much better. I will add and attach the pics tommorrow.
