SLK 350 Lights Auto Range Problem!!

Evening, My girlfriends not had her car long, the lights are far too high when driving, the model has auto range settings which in theory should automatically adjust to the level of the car, they are currently dazzing the planes flying overhead, is there an easy way to reset them...

Sounds like a warranty claim to me...even if she is not the original owner MB should take care of her issue. let us know.
