SLK 280 Stereo System. Help!

Is it or is it not true that our 1999 SLK 280 comes with a build-In amp from the Mercedez MFG? if so, may I switch the Amp to a Larger watt aftermarket amp keeping my same speakers from MFG? Also, my SLK did not bring teh CD changer. can I add any Alpine CD changer instaed??

Never heard of a 99 SLK 289?? only 230.

Anyway no,, amp uses input voltages different than other similar amps. Speakers will be ok. Yes you can use a diff head unit and wire to your speakers.

Adaptors are available for the amp.
