I am a new member of this forum. Before joining I looked over the many topics and posts. My interest was basically the care and feeding of my 01 SLK320. I found this forum to be active and friendly and informative. One of the leading reasons that this forum works is becuse of members like Sleepwalker, Lugnut, jetforeman, GermanStar, C280 wizard, MB/TECHMAN and many others. I would like to congratulate all for being outstanding members and forum freinds. As Sleepwalker nears his 1000th post I would like to recognize that his replies display a solid accumen about all things MB and when stumped (?) he is willing to take his time to learn and to be of assistance to those of us looking for reasonable answers to (what I am sure) are confounding and confusing questions. Hey as long as I have your attention, do you have a diagram of the 1997 e320 windshield wiper arm ? I think mine is missing a cover piece.

going every way i guess. for as long as my computer keeps on working. once i am lost and stops posting, then that means i cannot afford to get a new computer anymore.

I'll send you a used computer Sleepwalker - but you have to pay for the shipping and handling.... thanks for the diagram is there a plastic piece that covers items 53 / 56 - I thot I was missing like a cover plastic piece over the screw... no ?

that's right. the screw (53) should not be visible. it is concealed behind the cover (56).
thank you for your kindness in giving me a computer. i hope this one doesn't break down yet. it will be too troublesome for you to send this thing to me.
i must have something to return your kindness first before accepting it... such as giving you a free software of WIS (workshop information system). i know you enjoy taking time doing things for your car.
