S500 parts

I just bought a 1995 S500 coupe. I love it. I need a few nic nac parts. First I need the wood grain on the steering wheel. I would hate to spend $500.00+ for a steering wheel that works fine that needs a cosmetic wood grain vaneer. The car is too pretty for a cheep steering wheel cover. Second if any one knows if I should look out for any specific problems please let me know. I heard there was a recall on the trans mission for 1995 S500s how would I know if this car has been servised for that recall? I also need the fog lights for this car. I would like to know if these lights are inerchangable with other cars if so which ones. This is new car to me but I have a 1982 240D and I know everything about that car if anyone has questions I can answer.

The A/C tends to fail, the locking assist, your dealer should be able to print warranty history.
