Replace Alpine CD w/Aux

I have a 2005 CLK500 w/o Nav.  Does anyone know what kind of connection is in the back of the stereo for the alpine CD changer?  Is it an AI-Net connection?  I would rather removed the changer in favor of an AUX input for iPOD/XM?etc.
