Remove Rear Seat

My trunk lock is broken and the emergency key won''t work.  So I''ve removed the rear bench seat and have removed the nuts and bolts for the backrest.  I can move it up and down an inch or so but I can''t get the whole thing off from the frame.  What''s the trick?
