Rear Screen

I own a 2002 CLK430, and for some reason the rear screen stopped working. I can hear the motor but the screen isn't going up or down. Any ideas?

See if you can call 1-800-FOR-MERC. They are usually helpful with things that you need to reset. They walk you through the procedures.

My ingition car key isn't working...it doesn't unlock or lock the car with I push the button. I think it needs a new battery? Do you know where I might go to get it replaced other than the Mercedes dealership? I own a 2005 CLK-230.
