Rattling/Vibrating sound at the steering wheel

I do need some help and assistance from guru's and experts here about my rattling/vibrating sound that is coming from the steering wheel. I ve removed and tighten all nuts at the steering wheel but the problem still persist. Some says that its the sway bar underneath, some says its the steering column....but i cant put a finger to it...Please help
