I am in the market for a new car. I have a 87 300d T and looking to upgrade and would like to stay in the MB family. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be a good year and or model to look for. Or does anyone have any other good suggestions/recommendations as to other good cars. i would like to stay under 15K. Thanks

A W140 s-class that is a 96+ or if u like the older style go with a W126 s-class. 98-00 W202 c-class u would be happy with. But when u say upgrade do u mean year, car size, model? I have pently of cars that i can recommend it all depends what u are looking for.

I want a newer year, but hte size I would like to stay mid-size to c-class size. I definitly need something with decent gas mileage. My last car got around 25 mpg.

my 320 gets about 26mpg. It is an SLK though. you may want to stay with a four cylinder model it fuel economy is of high importance.

U could go with a W124 94-95 Diesel will get better fuel economy and will be the same size well it and urs are both w124s but the 94-95 had some differences.
