Well I had just changed my CPS and after all that I can't get my car to start at all. I have a ML430. I can hear the starter clicking (makin that kkkkkkk sound) but the engine wont turn over. Can anyone please help?? Any advise would help..

Check your battery's state of charge and its terminals, first thing.
