New the the MB world. Coming from a Vette and Lexus GS400 to the Benz world. Have on order a E55 AMG. Anyone have any info, instructions, warnings, etc. please post.

A new E55 AMG!!  I just removed you from my xmas card list due to envy!!   Another deadly sin commited, I guess I know where I'm going when it's all over, I'm glad I like the heat!!

I am a Vette and an MB owner - your on order is my dream car or should I say one of the 2, so like jetforeman, I can't send you a Christmas card either .... welcome to the forum!

This is a once in a life time buy for me. I came into some unexpected money from inheirtance. I am now coming from the vette forum to benz. Anybody want to buy a 2000 Vette, dynos 440 crank hp or a 98 GS400 Lexus? Hope this car satisfies both needs...for speed and luxury. Ordered with the keyless go, the nav system, the panoramic roof, blue tooth intergrated phone, hid light.....Come in at about 87k.....that is insane to pay that for a car, but as I said...I did not work for the money, so easy come, easy go. Thanks for your interest. Please send me those Christmas cards though.

Wish I could help ya on the vette - have one already and the insurance would kill me, the Lexus on the other hand - my SO's sister is lookin for one of those, but not sure what year
