New and new recommendation for Extended Warranty

Hello everyone,

I am new to the Mercedes World. I will obtain my first 2002 S430 with mileage in the low 50k, from my Aunt today for a really good price. She has been taken really good care of the car, but I still feel better that I should obtain an extended warranty for it. I don't know anything about it and seeking help in choosing a good company that provide excellent service and a large coverage. What company are you with and have you had good experience with them.
BTW..I am in SoCal.
