yes it is, and everything is great except for the engine not starting(no spark)

GREAT NEWS EVERYONE!!!!!
Go the car running, guess what the problem was????? - The idiots at the dealership did not program it correctly.
Engine runs perfectly, even though the car was flooded. No check engine lights or other lights and no error codes. Everything on the engine is OEM and was never replaced.
But one more problem now - tranny is not shifting. The mechanic said it might be the unit inside of it so he is going to take a look at it.
