Hi, I am looking to buy an extended waranties for my CL. Does anyone have good experience of getting dealers or independents coverage? Who or what company should I talk to etc? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

if your car still has MB factory warranty, you should definitely buy an extended warranty. It's cheaper and it would save you a lot of headache. And not all dealer has the same price, so do your research with the local dealers.
