Motorola Timeport for C class 2001

I have a Motorola Timeport handset of TDMA type (AT&T or Cingular) that I would like to trade for a CDMA type (Verizon) Timeport.  Both or used with the integrated phone/voice recognition system in the 2001 C-Class Mercedes.
