Manual Transmissions for SLs

Can anyone tell me what years a manual transmission was available on a 300SL or a     320 SL?  I know 5speed manuals were available on the 1990 model, but what other years was a manual available?  I know that manuals were only available on the six cylindars.  Thanks for any help.

 Only in the six cylinder and I beleive it was 90 to 93
