I'm noticing a sharp hissing sound underneath my glove compartment and at the same time, I'm noticing a sound that is produced from a part, located in the trunk that has 4 wires/cables connected to it--I had to pull the lining from the trunk to see this electonic part wrapped in some foam; so I'm wondering if these two sounds are related.
For the sound underneath the glove compartment,I looked under there, and I noticed a electronic part with a green connector. I pulled the green connector off and the sound went a way. Is there an online manual where I can identify this part? Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Am I on the right track to replace this electronic part, or could it be something else? Nene
