Looking to buy CPO, a few questions

Hi,

I'm looking for a CPO CLK320 (2003-2005) for my wife's birthday. The sales rep we met with at the closest dealer (South Orange County, CA) has turned out to be a flake (2 calls about a car on their lot, no return calls) so I'm determined not to give my business to that rep. I'm prepared to go to the manager or another rep if I can get the right car. Our local dealer does not have the exact car, but I found what appears to be an ideal candidate about 90 miles (the Valley) away. Will dealers trade/transfer CPO cars or am I better off making the trek? Are there privileges I lose from my local dealer (loaners for instance)? Finally, does anyone know the service interval for the serpentine (uni?) belt and is it included in the warranty/service plan (the question I originally called our local junior sales rep on)?

I dunno about the what any warranty coverage is on the serpentine belt but dude a serpentine belt is like 30 bux just replace it urself. It takes 10 minutes. At least on very car I have ever worked on.
