Live on Long Island, NY. I need a VERY good dealer service department, with good "service advisors" who listen. I want the car returned clean, fixed right the first time & I don't mind tipping well for my thrills... Suggestions anyone? I live in the Route 110 area, and need to be taken care of seriously. I had a fabulous relationship like this with my service guy at Sarant Cadillac for 2 Caddys & an Olds...Suggestions/Experiences?
