Lookin at a 94' E320. Good deal?

First off, I'm a first time Benz buyer. I was wondering if this was a good deal? How much should I offer and what to look for in the car?

you need to have it privately inspected.Are you paying cash?It is about a 3 grand car max.

inspect,inspect,inspect.The wires on the m104 harness were prone to massive break down,have someone that knows what they are doing inspect it,if bad it costs ovee 1000 bucks to repair.

Id be paying cash. I will get it privately inspected and check into that. Thanks for your help.
