I'm hoping someone can help me with my question....
I'm interested in the C300 Sport with 4Matic - but I don't like the 17" wheels.
- Is it possible to get 18"s with all-season tires on this car?
- And assuming it isn't a factory option - would putting aftermarket 18"s with all-seaon tires nullify the cars warranty?
- And would 18"s with all seaon tires affect the performance of the car?
Thanks!

Everything else aside, warranty work can be dependent on the dealer you take it to.
In my experience with MB and other make cars, I have been treated completely differently at different dealerships.
Go figure. And that was with warranty issues too. It's your car, and you can put any size tire and wheel you want on it.
If there is a warranty issue with something like the brakes.....then they could (if they wanted to) link it to the size of the tires
and wheels you put on it. So, unless what you did had a direct effect on what needs repair, it's unlikely they would even
care......since so many cars now have aftermarket wheels and tires on them. Some of my friends with big SUVs have put
the really big wheels and tires on them and found that their brakes are now not sufficient because of the extra size, mass, etc.
Some of them upgraded the brakes at the same time. Expensive. I'm not saying you would have to do this on your car.
But I know somebody is going to chime in and say....."big wheels affect this and that". On your 300, going from 17 to 18 is
not huge and I'm guessing there wouldn't be much difference in the braking or performance. A teeny bit maybe. And your
dealer should not have any problem with that.
Besides, MB cars don't break, do they?
