HELLO FOLKS

 I am happy to find you all , and I hope someone can assist me in my current dilema. I have a 1990 420 SEL, a recent purchase. I am loving it so far, but my issue is, I just changed my turn signal bulbs and now when my lights are on the turn signals dont work. My indicators on the dash stay lighted , for both sides when the lights are on, but when off the signals work fine and the lights aren't on. Is this a bad bulb or another problem?
