Hi,
Just a quick hello to introduce myself and my car. Officially I'm a vw fanatic (air-cooled only) but love all german engineering. I dont like modern technology because i cant fix it. So after driving various Vw's, Audi's and BMW's ive finally gone for a merc. The car in question is 1989 300se UK car in as near as damn it perfect condition with just 108,000 miles and I love it. Just a couple of niggles, ie, middle box blowing and tick-over problem when warm (not bad for a 19 year old car)
