Yes I am one of the enemy, I am a service writer at a local MB dealer ship, I currently drivwe a 06 C230 Sport Mars Red w/ Black interior. Ill try to help as much as possible, I also have alot of experience in aftermarket car audio.

yeah.
my dongle for radio code generator is broken. sometimes i need the radio code on audio10. on becker, no problem. it works fine.
