heat and cold air same time

I have a 94 280C when I run heat in my car i get heat coming through on diver side of car on upper and lower vents, but get cold air on passenger side of car, any help appreciated.

duo valve faulty.

thanks for posting that picture, thats what I thought originally,

where they were, will check them out, hopefully thats it, it is very cold here in northeast

I replaced this valve in my 97 C230 earlier last year and it did the job. It is a very tight space so if you have large hands like me, it is a bit difficult. I found the part on line for about $179. When you buy the part, make sure to also order up some MB coolant, you will need to replenish after the R&R. Give yourself plenty of time if you are not handy.
