The control switches for my head restraints are not working. All of the other switches for both front seats are functioning ok, just the two which operate the head restraints. I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking under the seat, but nothing else. After operating the switch many times, the drivers head restraint did go up and down a couple of times and then stopped again. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve the problem? 2003 CLK Coupe.

Mine did that last week on the passanger side. Had it fixed last monday. Dealer replace the seat controle module on the door. My vehicle was under warrenty without warrenty thru the dealer was going to be $400 and some for part/labor
