Head rest - Driver side - elctric seats

    Hi there has anyone had this issue -

The electric head rest will not move using that button, however it will movewhen selecting memory settings. 
So last night it was stuck in a high raised position and I had to pull the seat forward to get passengers in the back the seat go lodged against the celing of the car!!   A large effort was needed to pull it back !!


Any ideas  !
