Head Gasket Failed

Does anybody know where I can find an on-line shop manual or help with replacing my head gasket.  I had a gyser of green shooting the ceiling of my garage when I pulled the number one plug.  I suspect a head gasket failure, I have got it mostly torn apart but I need a manual to go any further.  Only 70k miles too.  1991 300sl
