I have mercedes benz C220 1995 and recently somehow the fuel gauge stopped working. Please let me know what should I do?

* check the fuel level sending unit/sensor inside the tank. that can only be the problem.

this is a very common fault on Mercs. Both my C class (2001 model) and CLK (2000 model) had to have new fuel guage senders fitted. I took the cars to a Mercedes garage - should not be too expensive to fix or at least have the senders tested by a technician. Take it to a specialist - look after your Mercky and it will look after you!
