From an After Sales Service Manager to Mercedes Owners

Hi everybody. My name is Seref and I am from Bursa, Turkey. I have been working in the second biggest retailer and service of  Turkey as Service Manager. I am here to read Mercedes user''s wishes about services. As many of you know, Mercedes'' has a project called WP2010, and we aim to be best automotive brand in customer satisfaction by 2010.
