ESP/ABS/BAS and display fault

Hi all, I have a C200 Komp 2001 model.. have been having a tough time with multiple faults .. ESP and Brake wear indicator comes on first(though the brake pads are good) but the real problem starts when the ABS and BAS light comes on the ABS faulty messege comes on together with the Speedo meter needle going all over the place,, and display fault msg also comes on.. any hepl would do cuz I am really worried abt getting stranded in the middle of the high way.. and also as soon as the ABS light comes on.. the car acts weird.. it starts back shifting and revvs pretty bad! and if you come to a stop with the ABS light on, the gear stays on 1st . have to stop and restart for it to shift to other gear.. happens every 10 kms.. please help! almost desperate to fix it.. its killing me.. HELP Urgent!
