E320 Windshield

Hi everyone, I need a new windshield on my 2002 E320.  I've not lived in the US for long and not familiar with US autoglass companies so can anyone recommend a good company or ones to avoid?  Does anyone know the ball-park cost (has rain sensor) so I'll know if they are ripping me off.
