Hi,
After a recent service, the car says "Service A due Now" or "Service due after 100 Km". It can't be set to the original reading "Service A Due after 15,000 Km" The MB authorized workshop has tried its level best to reset the counter but they couldn't succeed. The computer otherwise works normally. Does anyone have an idea?

Did you do a reset per the manual?
