Just recently I replaced all the gaskets on my 1986 190E. During the replacement process something accidently fell into the engine locking it up when I first tried to turn it over. I most definitely know that something was dropped down into the chain. Would it be easier to look for this truant item by loosening the oil pan or taking the front of the engine apart...
