DRIVER SIDE REAR WINDOW RUBBER SEAL BROKEN.

2001 CLK430 CAB 

Disconnected the battery and reconnected. After the windows will only go up half way. After couple of tries they closed but the rear driver side window overshoot higher than the rest. When the windos came down the rubber seal between windows got broken. Have anybody gone thru this nightmare? and what did you do.
