Door Panel Removal

Hi All,

I have a 1998 500SL, The drivers window is making a clicking noise when it is raised to the top, sounds like something has worn out !!
and the limit switch is trying to continue to raise the window, How can i get the door panel off ??
I have removed most of the screws, but it still seems to be connected in the middle close to the door pocket !!
Does anybody have any instructions on door panel removal ??
