I was just driving back from work. Started the car and there was no sound. Tried the sattellite radio, regular radio and the CD changer. Everything works, but there is no sound.

I guess tomorrow I'm gonna have to drive to the dealerhip.... argh

Did anyone have this happen to them? if so, what was the cause?

hmm. started the car a couple of more times, and ... they work again again. Must've been some weird glitch. But I'll still address it during the first service

your car is new and better take it back to the dealer.

the audio gateway must be responsible for the problem. upgrade/flashing has to done first before deciding on the unit.

any car with a warrenty, I take it in for just about any problem, glitch or anything if I think it would become a bigger problem or if it's a sign that something is going to break or error soon. At least raise the question on the next service because it can become an inconvience taking the car in for every little thing even if it's "free".

I have had the exact same problem. The dealership blamed it on the XM radio. The XM radio installer said that was not true.
Any thing yoiu find out please post

Anyone come up with a solution to this problem?  I am having the same problem, no sound coming through the speakers, but radio is on.

I posted in the other forum, basically I was able to duplicate the problem in Dealer's site, and they replace the head unit, so far so good.
