How easy is it to change the rear spring on a CLK 230; I'm a competent home mechanic (engine changes, pre computer; head gaskets etc) - I had 1 spring done for the MOT but 4 weeks later it sounds as though the spring the other side has also given up. Is this a DIY job and is there anywher on the Net that will have the 'haynes' workshop manual extract?
