Please does anybody know how to remove the volume knob from the command system of an SL (03-08). I purchased the spare knob from the dealer but i can''t seem to remove the old one which has become sticky as the rubber weared off. I tried to pull it out but it won''t come off and i don''t want to force it and break anything. Thanks.
