Changing Bulb

Hi All............somebody must be able to advise. I have a 94 200E auto. The bulb that illuminates the lettering on the gear shift has gone. Is this easy to replace, if so how does one access the bulb ?  Advice of somebody who has been there already much appreciated..................thanks
