cell phone for pre 2000 S/CL

Has anyone found a suitable replacement for the old analog integrated cell phone in the 140 body S/CL cars?
I have removed the old analog phone from my 1999 CL500 and am looking for a replacement that would use the existing harness connections and microphone.
