CD CHANGER MAGAZINE STUCK

I have an E320 with a six CD Changer in the trunk.  When I press the CD function on the head unit of the stereo I get a "NO MAGAZINE" code.   When i pop the trunk to remove the CD Magazine, it does not release.  I press the eject servo button on the CD Changer, the Changer makes a noise and an attempt to release the magazine but nothing happens.   Has this ever happen to anyone?  If so, can anyone offer any advice?

YOU COULD TRY AND PUSH EJECT AND LIGHTLY TAP THE SIDE OF THE CD CHANGER TO REMOVE THE MAGAZINE. THEN PUT IT BACK IN.
